Dispatch conditions

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, The Czech Republic, Hungary, Great Britain, Nord Ireland.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Shipping costs 4,90 € within Germany. For orders of 100 € and more, we’ll waive the fee.

Free return within 30 days of placing your order, if you are not satisfied (only for orders within Germany).

From a order value of 100,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Shipping within Europe

The shipping costs within the European Union depend on the weight:

from 0 to 1 kg: 12,00 €
from 1 to 2 kg: 14,00 €
from 2 to 5 kg: 18,00 €
over 5 kg: 24,00 €

Shipping to Switzerland

Furthermore we ship to Switzerland at the following rates:

from 0 to 1 kg: 13,00 € (net, gross: 15,47 €)
from 1 to 2 kg: 18,00 € (net, gross: 21,42 €)
from 2 bis 5 kg: 22,00 € (net, gross: 26,18 €)
over 5 kg: 29,00 € (net, gross: 34,51 €)

Customers in Switzerland are able to shop at klotzaufklotz exempt from VAT. All prices appear with the VAT within the shop. Once you register with a Swiss delivery address, the VAT will be deducted from the original price - now the net price is displayed.

Please note that possible costs and duties for the shipment to Switzerland are not included.

Shipping to Great Britain and Nord Ireland

Furthermore we ship to Great Britain and Nord Ireland at the following rates:

from 0 to 1 kg: 17,20 € (net, gross: 20,47 €)
from 1 to 2 kg: 22,00 € (net, gross: 26,42 €)
from 2 bis 5 kg: 26,20 € (net, gross: 31,18 €)
over 5 kg: 33,20 € (net, gross: 39,51 €)

Customers in Great Britain and Nord Ireland are able to shop at klotzaufklotz exempt from VAT. All prices appear with the VAT within the shop. Once you register with a possbile delivery address, the VAT will be deducted from the original price - now the net price is displayed.

Please note that possible costs and duties for the shipment to Great Britain and Nord Ireland are not included!

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 9 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
