VAT-exempt Purchases

Customers from Switzerland, the U.S.A and other countries outside the EU are able to shop at klotzaufklotz exempt from VAT. All prices appear with the VAT within the shop. Once you register with a qualifying delivery address, the VAT will be deducted from the original price - now the net price is displayed.

Please note that possible costs and duties for the shipment to Switzerland are not included!

Orders from the U.S.A.

When shipping goods to the U.S.A., the importer must pay charges, taxes or duty enforced by the CBP at the time of customs clearance.

Orders from Other Countries Outside the EU

Other countries outside the EU can also impose custom duty and/or turnover tax on imports on goods purchased in a different country. The sum of the custom duty and turnover tax on imports is determined at the actual time of your purchase arriving at the destination country.
